- 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HRIS analyst supporting HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Dev, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and business process configuration.
- 6+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday.
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources with strong knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources
- HCM Module experience - Human Capital Management experience.
- Must understand HR i.e. the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, etc.
- Experience working in a mid-sized/large company.
- Strong understanding of integration principles.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills : Workday HCM Configuration Workday implementation experience is very nice to have Workday Integrations experience is nice to have (setup and config. is fine, doesn't have to be Studio development)
