Position: Configuration Management/Documentation Specialist

Location: Fort Lee, Virginia

Client: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA)

Description:

• Create, Manage and track all Program related Change Requests
• Create and maintain technical documents, validate correctness of technical specifications, and create and maintain current and future ITTT SOP's.
• Create and maintain technical drawings for networks/systems covered under this PWS, and provide annual reviews of same to include providing updates to Program System Engineers.
• Create, maintain, file, and distribute relevant DeCA documentation using existing DeCA office automation products (e.g., MS Office including Visio).
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Manage Programs Customer facing Sharepoint site

Contract Requirements:

• Security Clearance- Not Required but desirable
• Be approved for a Common-Access Card through the DOD Screening process.
• Bachelor's Degree required

Required Skills:

• Individual must have a professional demeanor and be able to work with customers in a polite and respectful manner (link removed)
• Minimum 3 Years documented Experience:
• Expertise in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe at a technical writer level
• Sharepoint
• Mid level Administration skills
• Remedy User
• Detail oriented
• Ability to Solve problems
• Technical or CyberSecurity Background is helpful
• Well Organized
• Team Player
