Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Location: Seattle, WA Description: Required: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in Support/Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment of Dynamics CRM System
- Strong Analytic & Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication & effective presentation skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
Preferred: - Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Online Implementation or support programs
- Hands-on experience in writing Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Web API
- Passionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Ecosystem (Powerapps, PowerBI, MS Flow) a plus.
- Experience in web application development a plus - .NET & Azure stack
- Planning and Prioritization skills
- Experience and/or desire to work in a geographically distributed team as well as different timings.
