Full Time 36 hour work week. Schedule will be between Monday - Saturday 07:30am - 20:00.

DEFINITION OF POSITION: Provides direct and indirect patient care for patients in the Treatment Center. Communicates with Physicians/Nurse Manager/Co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. He/she is responsible for initiating the computerized Plan of Care/Standard of Care on admission and caring out that plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:A. Education:Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice.Desired: BSNB. Experience:Required: A minimum of 2 year work experience.C. Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations:Current RN license in the State of Oregon; BLS Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty. - IV certification(s)/Wound Care/Chemotherapy/Infusion Care preferred.D. Equipment/Tools/Work Aids:Infusion pumps and other medical equipment, computer, printer, photocopier, and patient charts.E. Specialized Knowledge and Skills:Ability to provide care for the patient's age-specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial well-being. Knowledge of sterile technique and assistance of physician in procedure.F. Other: Ability to work with culturally diverse population. Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.
