Immediate Need for a License Physical Therapist for both In and out patient care13 weeks assignment, 2 years' experience in current specialty required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
CERTIFICATIONS: Must have a PT License. - BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
ORIENTATION: The 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
SHIFT: 8 hour DAYS - shift starts at 8:00 am. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekend/Holiday rotations. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. If traveler is required to float (unlikely) they will float to PH (Presbyterian Hospital).
