Professional Recruiter IV

Description:

A Professional Recruiter provides daily HR guidance, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers on all functional areas of HR management. Ensures the uniform and consistent application of company policy, adhering to EE0O/AAP guidelines, assists in implementing and administering effective human relations programs that support the company corporate objectives. May participate in projects.

Location: any location Eastern or Central time zone

Will fill 25 - 35 technical roles at a time

Technical recruiting experience required

Will recruit for highly technical roles such as software developers, mobile developers, .NET, C#

Workday experience required
