Below are the notes:
-Middle ware presence within the infrastructure Engineering (Platform Services) team
-Although this is a middle ware role, some one that comes from a java engineering background (Can be years prior in their career) that has experience with large server environments (3,000-5,000) will get the job
-They are currently looking to migrate from Oracle JDK, candidates that have a background in migrations will get faster consideration
-Currently Tier 2 is the first line of defense (monitoring/triage)
-The manager's team is tier 3, and because of the increase demand she needs to solidfy the MQ & middleware to ensure the team can handle the production issues inflow
HUGE PLUS: currently the environment is on prem, in the near term they will making a move to public cloud, folks with AWS/Azure/etc
