Job Title: Product Manager Level 3
Duration: 12+ months initially
Job Description
The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER will combine technology and design to solve real customer problems in way that meets the needs of the business. You will work with your key stakeholders and partners to build the right things for our customers that deliver value to our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stakeholder management effective in building and managing stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change
Intermediate level knowledge in the development and use of product data to inform product decisions both quantitative and qualitative
Deep understanding of customers/users problems, how they think and operate and the platforms/technology they use
Deep understanding of the business domain, stakeholders, business processes and constraints in which your product(s) play
Effective in making priority decisions based on measurable value, given the usability, feasibility and viability
Understand organization objectives, strategies and solution needs and how you and the team can contribute to those results (where collaborative/as colleague)
Effective in leading Discovery Process sessions with key stakeholders
Clearly communicate the value of the of work being delivered
Manage work with a product mindset focus on outcomes (over outputs), problems to solve, the goals of your product and key metrics of success; give teams the freedom and responsibility to think of a strategy they believe will result in the best product for our clients; facilitate teams in setting up a process that supports them in building these products
Lead the development, championing and prioritizing of a team backlog, based on value, viability and the needs of the business

Effective managing end-to-end software product development and releases

10 years relevant experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
Manage all technical aspects of product through product lifecycle
Work directly and indirectly with business stakeholders, vendors and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables
Create, maintain and communicate product catalog and technology roadmaps, including near-term delivery, to engage stakeholders across the organization
Identify, measure and improve key product catalog metrics to enhance the customer experience, and create a compelling, relevant product vision using web metrics, customer insights, feedback, research and internal operational metrics
Elicit, define and analyze medium to complex requirements in various formats ensuring they are testable, measurable and traceable
Set criteria for minimum viable product to increase the speed/frequency with which enhancements and new capabilities are delivered
Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize and manage requirements using various tools (e.g., templates, team backlogs, requirements management or agile task management applications)
Lead requirement walk-throughs with key stakeholders using various methods (e.g., team demos, workshops, sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions)
Identify and estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority using requirement work plans, program increment (PI) planning, and sprint planning
Define and resolve dependencies, issues and risks and identify impacted areas through team collaboration
Break down a medium to complex vision into smaller projects, initiatives or features
