Will finalize financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements for month-, quarter-, and year-end closings; cooperate with outside tax experts to correctly calculate deferred tax assets and liabilities; coordinate all U.S. accounting, budget, and finance matters; support monthly and quarterly & finance close requirements; advise management teams both in headquarters in South Korea and also in the U.S. on all related accounting and finance matters, such as the effective use of human resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts; advise parent company and U.S. management teams on cost and expense management, accounting organization, finance and budgetary structure, and also restructuring and rearranging assets, liabilities, and payroll and benefit obligations to maximize tax advantage and overall balance sheet health; participate in a monthly financial meeting with headquarters to communicate about budgeting financial statements and internal controls.
Two years of work experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required.
