This role for HRIS III Worker at Pittsburgh, PA, focuses on Time and Attendance systems, with a strong emphasis on Workday and UKG/Kronos platforms. You will be responsible for administering, enhancing, and supporting HR technology integrations, particularly for payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Automation: Enhance time and attendance workflows, seeking efficiency improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and IT teams on system integrations and ensure time clocks are properly installed and maintained.
Configuration & Maintenance: Configure Workday modules for Time & Labor, Payroll, and Benefits, while maintaining bi-directional integrations between Workday and UKG.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support for time and attendance systems, ensuring data integrity and managing system configurations.
Mentorship: Guide team members on Workday functionalities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or STEM fields (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience with Workday (preferably with UKG/Kronos) and hands-on experience with time clock setup and troubleshooting.
Experience implementing HCM modules like Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
