Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment such as boilers, condensate pumps, and air dryers.
Service and repair plumbing fixtures and systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various mechanical systems.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:

High School diploma.
Valid Virginia State Driver's License.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and state codes.
Preferred: Certified pipe fitter or plumber with 5+ years of experience, including boiler and steam vessel experience.
