Customer Service/ Client Coordinator Location: US-NY-Bohemia - 11716 Email Job

FrontStreet provides facility maintenance repair services, including locks, plumbing, electrical, and handyman services, with 24/7 availability and quick response times for national retail stores and other clients.
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Weekend Overtime Shifts available.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Required Skills:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems for order and data entry
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office software
Hours - Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM to 6 PM; One late night per week (until 7 pm)
This position is NOT remote or hybrid and requires you to work from our Bohemia, NY office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
