We are hiring a Dock Supervisor to work with our client in Mississauga!

Salary Position starting at $65k-$70K per year depending on experience.

Location: Dixie and Derry area of Mississauga

Night Shift Monday through Friday 11:00PM-8:00AM

*Direct hire with client clean criminal record search and professional references required*

Transportation Shift Supervisor:

JOB DUTIES

Responsible for supervision of 5+ Associates Forklift operators and shunters
Prepare POs and paperwork for Administration
Load and unload trucks for client overnight needs
Supervise and assist in staging freight as needed
Manage dock areas and trailer line ups for loading
Experience and Requirements

3-5 years previous supervisory experience
Experience in a high volume, fast paced LTL/crossdock operations
Valid counterbalance Forklift license and experience
Along with the following Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong leadership and analytical skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

MS Office proficiency necessary; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Shiptrack, A1 experience an asset
