Director of Call Center Operations (Miami, FL)- Oversee strategic directing, management, and performance of the call center department. Develop and implement strategic plans, implement quality assurance programs, oversee workforce management activities, and manage budget. Experience in call center management or operations leadership roles, with track record of driving performance improvement and improving results, required.
