Job Requirements:
Open to Half Filipino and Half Japanese
JLPT N1-N3 passer or level.
Good communication Skills.
Experience at least 1 or 2 years in a Manufacturing Industry
Experience as an Operations Manager in Manufacturing company is an advantage
Open to Fresh graduates
Open to Bachelors graduates in any courses
Willing to work in Cavite

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring operations to ensure that they adhere to production standards.
Monitors, calibrators, measures and micrometers are all useful for measuring products.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Create, implement, and maintain a quality and reliability testing system for the organization's services and/or development processes.
