Position: Japanese Technical Manager (Back Office)
Salary: P 80,000 to P 90,000 (Still negotiable) - All basic

Days: 5 days a week

Requirements:
Must be Filipino who speaks Japanese
NO JLPT REQUIRED
Open to JLPT N1, N2. N3, N4 AND N5 OR equivalent
Can converse in English
Any 4 year course
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related engineering course an advantage
Managerial role experience is preferred, even just for 2 to 5 years
Experienced in product development and project management
Applicants outside Philippines can also apply
Must be willing to work in Cebu City

Responsibilities:
Supervise the team of optical engineers and technicians
Handle team and guide them in designing, developing, and testing optical products and lenses
Ensure product compliance with specifications and quality standards
Responsible for collaborating with teams to integrate optical with electronic and mechanical systems.
Provide technical support, manage projects within budget and deadlines.
Ensure to update necessary documentation
