Practice Setting
High-volume practice serving a diverse patient population
Work closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Benefit from a dedicated support staff, including a cast technician, nurse, x-ray technician, and scribe
Schedule Details
Monday-Friday; clinic and office call
2 days/week in clinic: Tuesday and Thursday (50-70 patients/day)
3 days/week in OR: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3-8 surgeries/day)
Cases and Procedures
Focus on shoulder, knee, and minor trauma cases
Common procedures include fractures, scopes, ACLs, and meniscuses
No hips, hands, feet, or ankles
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
South Carolina Medical License
Active CSR and DEA (permanently registered in South Carolina)
Experience preferred, but new graduates considered
