• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, including extending job offers and negotiating terms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
