An Oracle Incentives Compensation Consultant typically specializes in helping organizations implement and manage Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) solutions. They work closely with clients to design, configure, and optimize OIC applications, ensuring they align with the organization's sales and incentive strategies. Heres a breakdown of key responsibilities and skills required for this role:

Key Responsibilities:
1. OIC Implementation and Configuration:
o Lead or assist in the implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) modules, including setup and configuration.
o Customize OIC to support business rules, incentive plans, and compensation models.
2. Business Analysis:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand incentive compensation requirements.
o Translate business requirements into OIC functionality and design.
3. Incentive Plan Design:
o Assist in the design of sales incentive plans, ensuring they align with business objectives.
o Configure OIC to reflect complex incentive models such as quotas, commissions, bonuses, and adjustments.
4. Testing and Validation:
o Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure proper functionality of OIC.
o Identify and resolve defects or discrepancies in incentive calculation results.
5. Data Integration:
o Integrate OIC with other Oracle ERP and CRM systems, such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or Salesforce.
o Ensure accurate data flow between incentive compensation and financial reporting systems.
6. User Training and Support:
o Train end-users on the functionality of Oracle Incentive Compensation modules.
o Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
7. Reporting and Analytics:

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Applications.
