Senior Process Engineer (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, Tempe, AZ.

Develop process improvements, validating production processes, and facilitating the smooth transfer of newly developed products into production. Provide technical support on components, materials, methods, systems, and equipment. Coordinate and conduct validation studies on equipment and processes. Analyze problems in design, process, and test development. Recommend solutions and coordinate engineering test builds. Oversee operations across manufacturing sites as well as production facilities for Vascular Graft, Covered Stent Graft, and Oncology products. Manage documentation processes, ensuring compliance with approval cycles and implementation procedures. Lead cross-functional teams. Contribute to training initiatives. Provide input on departmental procedures and policies. Communicate project updates and technical discussions.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

• Providing engineering solutions in the medical device field;
• Preparing engineering design and drafting;
• Creating new production processes;
• Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing systems;
• Applying understanding of material science to provide technical support;
• Creating, reviewing, and coordinating test protocols and reports; and
• Performing test equipment development and equipment validation (IQ, OQ, or PQ).

10% domestic travel required.

Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
