Responsibilities of the Logistics/Customer Service Specialist

• Provide high quality customer service


• Dispatch, track, and follow up on service calls


• Maintain accurate information and compliance


• Work efficiently with other internal departments

Requirements of the Logistics/Customer Service Specialist

• 2+ years of recent Logistics, Dispatch, or Account Management experience in transportation


• Working knowledge of DOT regulations


• Positive attitude while working under pressure


• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation for the Logistics/Customer Service Specialist

• Salary: Starting at $20/hour
