Federated Hermes, Inc., a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Global Services division. In this role, you will develop and maintain positive and long-term relationships with intermediary and institutional clients invested in our globally registered products.

What you can expect:
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
Profile clients and understand their decision-making process; identify needs/objectives to address any delays or objections.
Conduct meetings with key clients to develop and maintain relationships.
Solicit client feedback, identify trends that are impacting quality of service, and develop and implement plans for resolution.
Identify, recommend, and lead implementation of Federated Hermes products.
Negotiate new and existing contracts/agreements with clients.
Establish and maintain working relationships across all divisions on a global level.
Utilize Salesforce to track client information and activity.
Initiate establishment of new client relationships through initial set up and enlisting support of other Federated Hermes departments.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor degree or equivalent work-related experience required.
Minimum three years of client service or relationship-management experience in the financial service industry required.
Familiarity with online tools and shareholder recordkeeping/accounting systems required.
Knowledge of mutual funds preferred.
Project management experience as a project lead preferred.
Fluent in Spanish or German preferred.
