Job Requirements
🌟Open to Japanese that can read and write in Japanese
🌟Open to JLPT N1/N2/ N3 Passer or Level
🌟Bachelors graduate and undergraduate can apply
🌟Has experience working in BPO Finance or shared services is an advantage
🌟Knowledge Accounts Receivable is a plus
🌟Willing to be trained

Job Responsibilities:
🌼Responsible for collecting quotations or billings from Japanese clients
🌼Providing analysis of the most cost reduction practices
🌼Main duty is to process payments for the Japanese counterparts.
🌼Analyse the Japanese contract and payment of clients to check the accuracy.
🌼Handle payment related questions from Japanese clients
🌼Prepare financial reports of collected amounts to higher management
🌼Responsible for processing changes to the payment method, guaranteeing accuracy and prompt modifications to their profiles.
🌼Responsible for sustaining good client interactions while effectively resolving problems with client inquiries and disputes related to outstanding invoices,
