Job Title: Japan Events Designer

Offered Salary: $67,000/yr

Job Duties:
Conduct consultations with ultra-high-net-worth clients to tailor luxurious travel events in Japan, reflecting personalized agendas and budgets.
Negotiate with top-tier service providers in Japan, ensuring exceptional standards for exclusive client experiences including private sports matches and cultural lessons.
Coordinate with prestigious Japanese vendors for personalized services and maintain detailed records, including financials, for future refinement of event quality.

Minimum Requirements:
U.S. Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Business, Management, or a closely related field. We will accept a bachelor’s degree equivalent based on a combination of education, as determined by a professional evaluation service.
1 year of experience working as an event sales coordinator or a related position that involves scheduling and coordinating events or logistical plans for both individuals and groups and providing information services to customers.
Fluent in Japanese, both in writing and speaking, sufficient to explain high-end clients’ needs to vendors in Japan, negotiate the price, and make reservations with them.
