Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associates to join our team. As the Business Development Associates for digital sales, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the digital marketplace. This position requires a deep understanding of digital sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibility:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital sales space, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective digital sales campaigns.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of digital sales strategies and the ability to adapt to evolving trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to drive business decisions.
