Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ITAM/ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ServiceNows Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Pro modules across multiple clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles, ServiceNow development, and relevant certifications. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules. Customize and develop ServiceNow applications and facilitate integration with other enterprise systems. Client Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand ITAM requirements and provide tailored solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions for teams to ensure effective use of ServiceNow ITAM solutions. Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow ITAM implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow ITAM modules. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and ITAM best practices. Propose and implement improvements to existing ITAM processes and solutions. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules at multiple client sites. Strong background in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow development. Certifications: ServiceNow Developer Certification. ITAM ServiceNow Certification.
