Job Title: Residential HVAC General Manager

Job Description:

Residential HVAC franchise is seeking its first permanent General Manager and license holder with extensive experience in HVAC and a broad skill set to oversee and drive operations in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in Profit & Loss Management, Hiring, Forecasting, Operations, Sales, Production, Safety, Dispatch, Job Costing, and will be EPA certified and Licensed. A clean driving record is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC service division. - Manage financial aspects including P&L statements and budget forecasting. - Lead hiring, training, and motivation of staff. - Implement and enforce safety protocols. - Coordinate dispatch and job assignments. - Handle job costing and ensure accurate project bidding. - Maintain inventory control and ensure timely procurement of supplies. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Develop and manage sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and licensing requirements. - Utilize MS Office and other computer systems for efficient operations. - Foster strong interpersonal relationships and maintain customer satisfaction. - Spearhead recruiting efforts to attract top talent.

Qualifications: - 10 years experience in residential HVAC service and project management. - 5 years of strong leadership and management skills in residential service operations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - High energy leader. - Comfortable in franchise startup environment. - Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office. - Clean driving record. - EPA Section 608 certified. - North Carolina H3 Class I or II Contractor license holder.

Compensation: - Salary - $80K+ - Equity compensation - Full benefits - 50% contribution for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits
