Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Developer to join our team at ProcessQ Technologies. As a UX/UI Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences for our clients' digital products. This is a senior-level position with a required experience of 7 to 10 years. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficient in UI design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior UX/UI developers is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to create high-quality user experiences.
• Design and implement user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate proposed design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX/UI developers.
