we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive with 5 to 6 year Experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and partners, to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of travel sales, and business development and must have previously managed overseas agents.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings and present presentation with prospective clients

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Prepare sale contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Job Requirements

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience as a business development specialist 5+ years minimum in Tourism industry

Proven sales track record

Expertise in preparing Presentation

Experience in customer support is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Proficiency in English

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

Bachelor/MBAin business administration, sales or relevant field

Languages known English, Hindi & Marathi

Must have passport
