Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and grow our direct client business within the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling operations, client acquisition, and team-building, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in building the business from the ground up, aligning strategy with day-to-day operations, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategy to grow our direct client business in the IT staffing sector.
Build and manage teams focused on business development, recruitment, and client delivery for direct clients.
Oversee the operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Lead client acquisition efforts, including securing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
Establish operational KPIs, budget management, and process optimization.
Work closely with the CEO to align on the companys long-term strategic vision and growth goals.
Implement technology solutions and tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Drive revenue growth through effective management of client delivery and recruitment operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a COO or in a senior leadership role within IT staffing or a related industry, focused on direct client business.
Strong track record of building and scaling operations from scratch.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage teams and day-to-day operations.
Experience with client acquisition, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
Expertise in process optimization, financial management, and operational excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on team-building and client satisfaction.

Preferred:
5-10 years of experience in IT staffing, consulting, or a related service-based industry.
Strong knowledge of direct client staffing models, contract negotiations, and compliance regulations.
