We have a new opening with a converter in the St. Paul, MN area. Seeking a hands-on Flexo Printing Department Manager to oversee a skilled team of operators and technicians in the plastic lamination, pouching and roll stock production space. Looking for a manager who can drive the performance of wide-web presses, extruders, and laminators, ensuring optimal operation and high-quality output.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in reviewing and optimizing production processes, constantly seeking ways to enhance productivity and quality. The Flexo Manager will be heavily involved in cross-department collaboration partnering with the graphics team, customer service, sales, and production planning to align on goals and exceed client expectations.

Up to $115k+ on base salary plus bonus, full comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance is available.
