Project Architect / Project Manager - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 440-24-00815

Salary Range: $70k - $90k+ Permanent Position with Benefits.

A Cleveland, Ohio area architectural firm is seeking to hire a Project Architect / Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors' or Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited college
• Must have Revit CAD skills to create concept designs and construction documents
• Seeking candidates that have 4 + years' experience working as an Intern Architect, Architectural Designer, Project Architect or Project Manager
• Familiar with Revit CAD to create concept designs and construction documents for public buildings such as city halls, libraries, and schools / universities or other.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experienced
• Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process.
• Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills
• Must have strong relationship building skills
