Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional self-motivation and focus, paired with outstanding oratory, research, and writing skills(link removed)>
- Extensive courtroom or arbitration experience is required, including conducting discovery, drafting substantive dispositive motions, and substantial deposition work.
- Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is also necessary(link removed)>
- Foundational understanding of insurance risk transfer issues for property damage claims is essential. Superior organizational and time management skills are crucial.
Candidates must also:
- Be in good standing, and an active member of the Florida Bar;
- Have a JD from an ABA accredited law school;
- Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar is preferred.
