ATTORNEY CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION
JUNIOR TO MID ASSOCIATE
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Our client, a Mid-Sized Southeastern Regional law firm with a national practice is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Attorney to join their growing Construction, Development & Condemnation Litigation Practice Group. This role involves working on a wide range of complex construction litigation matters.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active bar license in South Carolina.
- 1-4 years of experience in complex construction litigation.
- Proven experience in drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and handling discovery, including depositions(link removed)>
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex construction litigation matters, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation in both federal and state courts(link removed)>
- Handle a broad spectrum of litigation tasks, from drafting pleadings to arguing motions and conducting depositions.
- Advise and assist clients in the negotiation, preparation, and review of construction contracts(link removed)>
- Engage with clients and collaborate with a dynamic and experienced practice group.

Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
