We are hiring for the role of Operation Travel at Nexus Jobs. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We are looking for a talented individual with less than 1 year of experience in operations management and a passion for travelling. As an Operation Travel, you will be responsible for managing travel-related operations and ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for our clients.

• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in using travel management systems and software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
• Ensure all travel plans are executed smoothly and within budget
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to ensure the best possible rates and arrangements
• Maintain records of travel expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
• Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies
• Keep up-to-date with travel regulations and requirements
• Assist in developing travel itineraries and packages
• Generate reports and analyze travel data to identify trends and improve efficiency
