Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong understanding of payroll principles and regulations
- Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Certification in Payroll Processing or Human Resources (HR) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll process for all employees
- Ensure accurate calculation of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, allowances, and deductions
- Process payroll in a timely manner and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HRIS system
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR processes
- Stay up-to-date with payroll trends, regulations, and industry best practices
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
