We are hiring for the position of RM, SR.RM, Manager, DGM, AGM - Sales in the Real Estate industry. This is a full-time role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher-5 years or above of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and competitors
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential customers
• Negotiating and closing deals to meet sales objectives
• Monitoring market trends and competitors' activities
• Providing regular reports on sales performance and forecast
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery
