Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer Order Selectors are responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of orders and ensuring they arrive at the delivery platform completely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing material handling equipment (pallet jack/heavy machinery
Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area
Comply with OSHA regulations and/or MSDS standards
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Work in 20' freezer

Key Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
Ability to perform simple math calculations
Ability to identify and locate a product that requires reading, counting, and printing
Ability to operate various material handling equipment
Ability to work in various temperatures for periods of up to12 hours per day
Ability to load/unload, lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 100 pounds
Must meet material handling equipment certification requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
