Asset Converting Manager / Continuous Improvements Tissue

Salary up to $150,000 + Profit Sharing Plan + Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation to the Southern USA

NOTE: Experience in Tissue or Paper Converting is required

A growing and stable Tissue / Towel organization in North America is seeking an Asset Converting Leader for this position. Youll need to have desire for continuous improvement and working with employees to build teamwork.

Youll need a bachelors degree (preferred) & at least 3 years of similar industry experience with managing a converting department in the paper industry. We are looking for a leader for this role.

Minimum requirements for this Asset Converting Manager / Continuous Improvement role:
1. Bachelors degree preferred in engineering.
2. Must have at least 3 years Tissue or Paper Converting or similar industry experience
3. Must be a good Leader with excellent Organization Skills
4. Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing experience a major plus.
