Marketing Manager



We are excited to add a versatile and motivated Marketing Manager to our team. This individual will be responsible for leading our Marketing efforts both to drive brand awareness and lead generation for increased sales. Responsibilities include shaping and refining a marketing strategy based on business goals, developing purposeful content, tracking and analyzing performance, managing our marketing budget with a keen eye on ROI, and ensuring brand consistency in the marketplace. Our Marketing Manager needs to be both a self-starter and also highly collaborative with internal stakeholders, in particular with sales leadership. Setting others up for success is also important giving clear guidance to external resources, like our agency, and any specialized contractors weve activated. Success in this role requires demonstrated experience with content marketing, web analytics tools, CRM management - Salesforce, and delivering detailed reports to leadership and peers.



Responsibilities



  • Take the time to understand the various markets and audiences we are catering too with our unique real estate developments.

  • Plan, help ideate, execute and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels using both organic and paid tactics.

  • Manage new community launches from concept to execution.

  • Have an experimental mindset to A/B test content and try new tactics. Areas of focus should be PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, social media, email marketing, event management, on-site signage and sales collateral, and local PR.

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, share insights and assess progress against our goals.

  • Oversee updates to our website both in timely content and in site performance.

  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

  • Oversee signage, marketing collateral development and brand consistency.

  • Set up an analytics reporting dashboard for real-time feedback and prepare and present quarterly and annual updates on the marketing budget and be accountable for performance.

  • Plan and execute marketing events.

  • Meet with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and adapt to shifts in the market.

  • Maintain MLS listings and third-party real estate platform presence.

  • Model home merchandising.

  • Community Asset Management & Production (photo & video shoots)

  • Swag orders and new homeowner gifts.



Technical Skills



  • Demonstrable experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and the skills to identify and analyze multiple prospective target audiences. Examples of past campaigns you were a part of that engaged, educated and motivated the audience to take action are appreciated.

  • Comfort with website analytics tools. Some you may inherit and others we are open to your recommendations on using.

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. The day-to-day can be handled by a contractor but this person must speak the language of conversion marketing to be effective.

  • HubSpot experience (preferred)

  • Comfortable working with numbers, allocating budget, making sense of metrics, calculating ROI and working with spreadsheets

  • A keen sense for aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication that draws or audience in.

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement

  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
