(On-site in a hybrid model 3 days from the office Duration:- 6+ monthsJob Description: As the QA Automation Architect / Lead SDET, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the financial domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products, leveraging your expertise in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and automation framework developmentResponsibilities: Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable automated testing frameworks tailored to the financial domain Lead the implementation and maintenance of automated test suites using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and other relevant tools and technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test automation opportunities and define automation requirements Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of financial software applications Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality automation code Mentor and coach QA engineers on test automation techniques and best practices Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to test automation and quality assurance in the financial domainRequirements:* - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field 10+years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation in the financial domain Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver Proven track record of designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and strategies. - Experience with automation framework development and customization In-depth knowledge of financial industry regulations, standards, and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Agile, or Selenium WebDriver.
