THIS POSITION IS FOR TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS ONLY
**Starting location for travels is Madison, WI**

Client is looking for a caregiver to travel with them for appointments for one week in September
Flying may be required
Hotel fare is included
Airfare will be 50% off
Food is Caregiver responsibility
Caregiver will be needed 8 hours a day
$12.00 per hour
*If week of travel and cares go well Caregiver may be hired on for regular staff*
Requirements:
Must be willing to complete a background check
Must be willing to fly
Must be comfortable staying overnight in a hotel room

If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member, or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
