Looking for a Support Staff/Caregiver to work with a client in Blue River, providing support around personal care, pet care, and household tasks. Preferred candidates will be self-motivated, patient and reliable!
*Individual must be ok with smoking in the home.*

BENEFITS:

Work ONE-ON-ONE with a member in his home!
Wage: $18/hr.
Love cats?! Member has 4 cats!

HOURS:
56 hours a week total - approved for member
Looking for 2 caregivers
Back-up caregiver as well

SCHEDULE:
Mondays - 8am-noon and 2pm-6pm
Tuesdays - 8am-noon and 2pm-6pm
Wednesdays - 8am-noon and 2pm-6pm
Thursdays - 8am-noon and 2pm-6pm
Friday - 8am-noon and 2pm-6pm
Saturdays noon-5pm
Sundays noon- 5pm

TASKS:
Full personal cares
Dressing
Positioning
Catheter Care
Toileting (Incontinence and irrigation care)
Denture care
Transferring to and from wheelchair (minimal)
Nail care
Meal prep
Laundry
Medications
Housekeeping

*Member does require a lot of personal cares. Someone who is comfortable and experienced is encouraged to apply!*

Other support tasks include:
General household cleaning includes but is not limited to: dusting, floors, dishes, trash, and cleaning windows. Cleaning kitchen and bathroom.
Laundry (including bedding)
Attending local medical appointments
Meal prep (full meals and snacks) and clean up
Pet Care: cleaning litter box

If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCNs role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker*
