The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience across multiple technical areas to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and systems. Key responsabilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform PLC programming, preventive and predictive maintenance.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Use CMMS for maintenance planning and tracking.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Conduct welding, fabrication, and HVAC/refrigeration repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory procedures.
Provide leadership and training to the maintenance team.

Qualifications
Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming and CMMS software.
Welding and fabrication skills.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance regulations.
Ability to read blueprints and perform root cause analysis.
Leadership experience and ability to train team members
