Full term of experience must include the following: implementing ITIL framework; using ITSM tool chain such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, PagerDuty, Logic Monitor, ManageEngine, Prometheus, Zenoss, SolarWinds, Nagios, or related tools; applying knowledge of Incident, Event, Problem, and Change & Release management lifecycle; implementing CMDB; using knowledge management tools (KB article, SOP, Runbook creation); working with IT environments, cloud technologies (AWS & Azure), automation toolset (Workato, Tableau, Qlik, and Automation Anywhere), and performance measurement tools; working with business capability models, ISO governance, and IT compliance methodologies; performing IT Project Management; and using workflow design tools such as Visio, SmartDraw, or LucidChart. Intermediate ITIL Certification. Domestic and international travel required approximately 10% of the time.
