Communicate customer concerns/complaints to the Operations Manager, General Manager, or Owner. Explain to the customer how the company can help them to gain customer and client confidence. Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity. Assist with the scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews. Handle job file documentation. Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently. Follow-up on “Work-in-Progress” jobs. Keep customers and centers of influence (COIs) informed about the job. Perform production activities. Monitor Subcontractors. Inspect services and final walk-through on jobs. Make sure jobsites are left with a clean and orderly appearance. Perform job costing analysis. Eliminate and/or minimize paying for damaged property of customers. Ensure supplies required for jobs are available. Coordinate with office staff to maintain proper on-hand inventory of cleaning products, operating supplies, and office supplies. Monitor production costs, equipment and materials, vehicles, and facilities. Attend safety trainings. Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field of study. Six (6) months related experience as a Construction Coordinator, Operations Manager or related occupation. Experience is required and must include the following: Performing sales pitches to new and prospective clients during technical visits/inspections; and Utilizing the following software’s: Encircle, MICA and DASH, DocuSketch, Xactimate, Xactanalysis, AutoCAD, Slack, Minitab, SAP-SD, and Pro model.
