Wayfair LLC seeks Reporting & Analytics Manager, Global Finance (Multiple Positions) in Boston, MA:

Job Duties: Perform end-to-end analysis, including the application of advanced analytical techniques and software, to solve complex business problems such as invoice dispute rate, credit win rate, cash forecast accuracy, and core finance processes. Develop and maintain KPI’s and metrics and prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial dashboards and insights for senior finance management. Perform discovery sessions and opportunity assessment to develop insights for further continuous improvement in core finance processes. Build standard reporting library and data governance model. Develop multiple Finance Transformation initiatives concurrently to deliver procedural and operational efficiency in the Finance organization. Work with other members of the global finance group to identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and assist in initiatives to implement improvement. Cross-train members of the global finance team on analytical software and dashboards. Position is based in Boston, MA, however, telecommuting may be allowed. Salary: $102,856 to $136,698 (WFMA052)

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or directly related field and two (2) years of data analytics experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Economics, Finance , Business Administration or a directly related field, and five (5) years of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in data analytics experience.

Special Skill Requirements: Qualifying experience must also include at least one (1) year with each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
1. Understanding of SQL, Google BigQuery;
2. Communicating and articulating key insights and data stories to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership;
3. Accounting and Finance software, including SAP, and Coupa;
4. Data visualization tools including Looker, Tableau, or Power BI;
5. Maintaining and improving internal controls over financial reporting;
6. Integration of new business processes or initiatives into current financial reporting processes.
