• Design and develop engaging tour packages, with a particular focus on China, that cater to a diverse range of traveler interests.
• Research and identify emerging travel trends and development, and tourism hotspots in China by closely monitoring news and social media trends to create innovative and marketable tour products.
• Incorporate interest areas such as Chinese history, cuisine, and unique cultural experiences into tour itineraries to enhance and deepen the touring experience for clients.
• Utilize firsthand experience living or studying in China to add authenticity to tour narratives and recommendations.
• Communicate and maintain relationships with local suppliers, partners, vendors, hotels, transportation providers and attraction sites to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless experiences for our clients.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Monitor government policy and regulation changes with regard to foreign tourists and report any updates to the team.
• Conduct regular evaluations of existing tour products, analyze sales performance, and adjust tour products accordingly to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards and meet business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment in product strategies and seamless execution.

Minimal Qualifications:
• Two years of working experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Expertise in designing travel packages for the Greater China area.
• Extensive knowledge in China business practice, Chinese history, Chinese cuisine, and Chinese culture.
• Strong research, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
