Senior System Industrialisation Engineer
Salary Range: $166,962 - $181,250 per year
Domestic and International Travel may be required up to 20%. Travel expenses paid by employer.

Lead the development and implementation of industrialisation strategies for new and existing products, focusing on enhancing serviceability, maintainability, and accessibility. Spearhead the analysis and integration of product requirements with design and service processes, setting new benchmarks for product availability and reliability. Champion the creation and optimization of comprehensive service process frameworks, including installation protocols, testing methodologies, maintenance procedures, and training materials. Drive the improvement of service diagnostics and Statistical Process Control (SPC) measures, ensuring rapid and precise troubleshooting and quality control. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate service procedures during the prototype phase, guaranteeing a smooth transition to mass production and customer deployment. Mentor and support service teams during the initial phases of customer introduction, ensuring a high level of competence and confidence in handling new products. Continually assess service performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement in line with original product specifications and customer expectations. Actively participate in the definition and provisioning of essential service tools and spare parts inventory, optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Partial telecommuting permitted.

Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and three (3) years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or related position.
