Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to implement and automate CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications. Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow instances. Implement configuration management and version control strategies for ServiceNow applications. Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications in collaboration with system administrators. Ensure compliance with security and governance policies throughout the DevOps lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on ServiceNow DevOps best practices. Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow technologies and DevOps trends to enhance existing processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. 2-3 years of experience specifically in the ServiceNow DevOps module. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Portal, Workflow Engine, and Integration Hub. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automated testing. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Solid scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar languages. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
